Software Support

Our Standard Telephone Help Desk operates between 8.45 AM and 5.45 PM 7 Days a week. Our technicians are highly experienced and have an in-depth knowledge of our products. We can remotely connect to your systems via broadband or dial-up networks and aim to resolve any issues with the minimum of disruption.

Hardware Support

Our engineers have been trained in diagnosing and rectifying problems on Fujitsu, IBM, ICL and other manufacturers units. We hold stock on most parts and offer an 8 hour quick fix or swap out service ensuring you are back up and running quickly.
