It’s been a busy couple of months, we’re upgrading one of our customers to a full Windows solution, meaning that they will have full real-time control over their 50+ branches and have welcomed onboard a number of new clients.

Things are gathering pace with our convenience store solution, a newsround system is currently being developed to bolt onto the till and make use of the excellent customer database that the system uses.

On the hardware front we are now stocking additional scanners from Metrologic:

MS9535 Voyager Bluetooth £295+vat

MS3780 Fusion Handheld Scanner £395+vat

Speak to our Sales department for more information on these devices or visit <a href="http://www.poslogistics.co.uk/metrologic-scanners.htm" onmouseover="this.T_WIDTH=0;return escape('<img src=\'http://pthumbnails.alexa.com/image_server.cgi?size=large&url=www.poslogistics.co.uk\'');" >www.poslogistics.co.uk/metrologic-scanners.htm

As of the 1st July 2006 all of our new hardware is compliant with the Reduction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Regulations.

Features now include:

Improved graphical representation of sales within the back office software.

Support for price/weight embedded barcodes

The import of suppliers catalogue details at any time. XSell epos software will allow the user to apply a margin figure to the cost price with rounding to establish a selling price.

We are also improving the customer database for marketting purposes, flexible attributes can be assigned to members for mailshots i.e. only send letters/faxes/emails to customers interested in mountain biking or skiing.

For more information on these new features phone 01422 349083 and we’ll be happy to help.
